Owned by Steve Eager and Dalton Hatch, Eager Plumbing is proud to be a family-owned and operated plumbing business that serves families and businesses throughout San Antonio, Kerrville, and all of the Hill Country. Our team of licensed plumbers, who are based locally in Kerrville, has over 30 years of combined experience working with plumbing systems in South-Central Texas. By providing superior plumbing services with a contemporary, customer-first attitude, we have established a reputation that continues to outshine our competitors.

Our Legacy: Meet The Owners
Eager Plumbing might have been incorporated in 2024, but our story certainly doesn’t start there. Our legacy began locally in Kerrville in 1985 with the foundation of Aaron Plumbing, Hager Plumbing in 1995, and DH Plumbing in 2022.
In 2025, all three plumbing companies merged to become Eager Plumbing, and one of San Antonio’s most trusted plumbing service providers. The consolidation not only built a stronger, more experienced plumbing brand but also allowed the owners, Steve and Dalton, to expand their service areas.
Steve Eager: Co-Owner
Steve is a Kerrville native who takes great pride in his commitment to serve the people of the Hill Country. He offers decades of vital expertise in Texas plumbing systems from his prior ownership of Aaron and Hager Plumbing.
Honesty, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to doing tasks correctly the first time are the cornerstones of Steve’s leadership and business principles. Not only that, with a passion for fostering customer relationships and providing quality workmanship, his ideals continue to be a bedrock for the foundation of Eager Plumbing.
Dalton Hatch: Co-Owner
The former owner of DH Plumbing, Dalton, is a Helotes native with a keen eye for detail and a work ethic to match. He takes a lot of pride in a contemporary, performance-driven strategy that prioritizes excellent customer relationships because he recognizes that providing top-notch customer service fosters community trust.

Dalton personally guarantees that every plumbing job is taken care of quickly, with great care and professionalism, and is finished with results that will stand the test of time. Jerson is a father and a husband. He previously played professional soccer before an injury started his path to find a love for serving customers through plumbing. Jerson has been working with plumbing systems ever since. By re-piping whole houses, water heaters tankless and tank installations, as well as water filtration. He thoroughly enjoys being your hero to your plumbing frustrations. Jerson has been in the plumbing industry for about 10 years and is eager to meet all of your plumbing needs and give you the care you deserve!
Matt Rihn
Matt is a superstar plumber and amazing loving father! Matt loves to fish and be at the beach. He has multiple years of experience with providing amazing repairs and installations to all plumbing systems including, sewer piping and tunnels, water heaters tank and tankless, as well as the quality of your water for safe and great drinking water!
Ralph Enriquez
Ralph has been with Eager Plumbing since the beginning. He has over 10 years in the trade and is one of our most experienced technicians in the field. He is a loving father and husband. He is a die hard Houston Texans fan!
